重型機車每年高達2萬多元的牌照稅能否調降？財政部已研擬調降50%、以1995年修法以前基礎加徵30%與維持現狀等3個方案，並函請交通部、經濟部表示意見，但因牌照稅屬於地方稅，也需視地方政府的意見而定。
