這份報告實在是太太太重要了。類似的大規模摩托車事故統計，美國也只有一份 HURT Report能在拿到台面上被檢視。我在翻譯NAMS的時候也提到了建立事故統計標準程序的重要性。台灣每年騎士傷亡數如此之高，但在 statistical data 和 methodology 上的投資卻不成比例。這份MAIDS報告耗時五年完成，參考價值超過五顆星。
