淡江時報:本校建置教學支援平台雛型

擔心的一些問題終於要開始面對了。I didn’t see the role of student’s participation being taken serious care of, or scheduled for dicussion in approaching conferences.

另外的看法是,如果我是教師,自己採用更為切合的課程的平台,那一體適用的做法,長久看來不是「扼殺」了我的教學選擇嗎?再換個角度,如果我是學生,自己利用任何 Open Source 的套件(Forum, CMS, Wiki, Blog…)來架設學習平台,那校方的計劃,是不是也在不知情間,本來是鼓勵參與,卻變成了斲傷學生涉入學習和自主規劃的可能性?

自主規劃的學習在現階段大概只是遙想,但如果一開始就排除可能性和沒打算規劃「bidirectional nurturing」的架構,那社會性的「不好好唸書」因素,可能只會繼續在constantly morphing 的 technical platforms 間,載沉載浮。

當然,我的 concern 也可能是沒有價值的,或是所指出的問題沒有 mount up to certain magnitude that needs to be addressed。但以我在淡江待兩年並且和覺生圖書館互動的經驗,I have my words to say.
