hokkaidoeq.gifA strong earthquake has struck the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido, according to reports.

The quake, which hit at about 0450 local time on Friday (1940GMT Thursday), was also felt in central Hidaka and eastern Tokatsu, the Japan Meteorological Agency said, according to Kyodo news agency..

日文不長進,不知道上面的四位仍否在當地?已經有使用 PukiWiki 的人把北海道此次地震情報一一列出。還記得之前 SARS 的部分嗎?使用 wiki 和 blog 在危難時刻的第一階段先做資訊集中的快速整理,來源則包含了傳統媒體的線上版和駐在當地之 bloggers 們的第一手資料。Wiki 和 blog 在 emergency 發生時對於大量資料產生的 spike period 期間,可以擔任由下而上(grassroot),數位前端和後端分散處理的角色。而這一次日本部落圈的對地震資訊的集體行為,雖不知能維持多久,但值得觀察。
