英國內閣下一階段的資料政策是什麼？

新國會之後新的焦點：

1. 資料品質是新的關注
2. Data across data spectrum 的清楚溝通 [a]
3. GDS 業務延伸到新的領域，例如
   • 資料相關政策
   • Government as a Platform (digital, technical and data)

三個目標（針對英國倫敦 Tech City 幫眾）

1. Better use of data
   • open data
   • data science (unstructured) 資料科學，尤其是非結構性資料
   • data literacy and capabilities 資料培力
   • 案例如 Skill Route 的 16-18 education
2. Modernizing data infrastructure 資料基礎建設的現代化
   • registers 登記資料的標準和結構化，例如 “Scotland” 怎麼填寫可能有超過十二種選擇
   • apis 程式介面
   • data access tools 資料近用工具
3. Data policy and governance 資料政策和治理
   • common policies and leadership 共通政策和領導
   • possible legislation（資料存取部分）
   • international partnership（編按如 G8, ODI Node）
   • 案例如：資料科學的道德架構 data science ethics framework，資料光譜 [a]

可對照台灣當局的想法、說法和層次感的表述功力，當然還有政府想像中的分工和對自我的期許。細節我就暫不分析，留待更棒的朋友來看看。
