整個智庫網絡在24個月之後慢慢脫離「口腔期」，過去兩年也走過了華府、曼谷、香港、首爾、橫濱、巴黎、倫敦、墨西哥、新加坡、上海、金門、台中、高雄等城市。今晚聚會，會談更多精彩的「實質」機會（例如東京奧運2020等級）。
