A grassroot attempt which adopts a modified Chinese version of WikiWiki Tavi as it’s platform to disseminate timely local information on SARS from geographically dispersed volunteering contributors is on the go at Wikilla in Taiwan.
This is probably the first ever public wiki that aims at harnessing the power of WikiWikiWeb and joining backend support from a blog community to provide an example on how a social software idea might be helpful to emergent crisis management within a local context.
