ThinkCycle 調查採用 Creative Commons 的意願

As you may know the ThinkCycle initiative emerged as an academic project at MIT in 2000 and has been evolving over the last 3 years towards a global knowledge repository and collaborative community. While the project remains an academic and nonprofit initiative, we must clarify the rights and responsibilities of all members for contributing and collaborating using ThinkCycle.

In consultation with Diane Cabell at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at the Harvard Law School, we have drafted a ThinkCycle User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

這個 project 比較值得關注的是，其發展主軸和 CC 授權條款初稿所預設「適法」性的範圍有所不同(或是說沒有包含到？)。換言之，這是新的一大步。Berkman Center 的顧問也可能是利用這個 project 來擴大 CC 的授權領域。
