As you may know the ThinkCycle initiative emerged as an academic project at MIT in 2000 and has been evolving over the last 3 years towards a global knowledge repository and collaborative community. While the project remains an academic and nonprofit initiative, we must clarify the rights and responsibilities of all members for contributing and collaborating using ThinkCycle.
In consultation with Diane Cabell at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at the Harvard Law School, we have drafted a ThinkCycle User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
