MRF 2003 年會議開始註冊

MRF，美國兩大摩托權益促進團體之一，預計在今年九月十八日至二十一日與 Abate Wisconsin 合作，舉辦第十九屆的 Meeting of the Minds。註冊已經開始。

今年有幾個特別議題的工作坊(workshop)，分別是 EPA 部分：

One of the highlights of this year’s Meeting of the Minds conference will be an EPA panel discussion including Dr. Radwan Saade of the U.S. Small Business Administration, Inventor George Coates, John Paliwoda of the California Motorcycle Dealers Association and Tom Wyld, MRF Vice President of Government Relations.

我個人比較有興趣的是一些新的 workshops：

This year’s Meeting of the Minds agenda includes several new workshops and general sessions, kicked off with a discussion of the history of the motorcyclists’ rights movement(摩托權益促進歷史). We will host workshops on everything from motorcycle safety to political action committees to European motorcycling issues(歐盟摩托議題). In addition, there will be a presentation regarding “global test bikes(測試騎士)" and the U.S. involvement in globalization of motorcycles.

其實國內在這一次重車遊行活動後，也可以試著來舉辦些 workshop 的研討會，凝聚共識，並且增廣車友視野。
