REGULATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Motorbike criteria
CENTOPASSI is open to bikes of all marques. Bikes must be authorised for road use.
Participation Classes
Participants can take part in one of two classes -Competition and Iron Biker. The former evokes a true competitive atmosphere, while the latter concentrates on the pleasures of motorcycle touring.
Competition Class
Participants may choose to take part individually or as part of a team of 5 riders. They will ride an estimated 300-400 kilometers per day, covering numerous mountain passes. Although CENTOPASSI is not a test of speed, participants are requested to ride a very demanding route, designed for experienced riders. Every day they will be subjected to ability tests to evaluate their riding skills and motorcycle performance.
Iron Biker Class
It is for those riders who prefer a non-competitive experience and who wish to take in the stunning scenery, historic villages and overall flavour of the Italian mountain experience. Expert motorcycle guides from the Curve&Tornanti Team will accompany this group, offering tips on mountain riding.
In order to take part in the Competition Class and Iron Biker Class, all participants must be registered with the Italian Motorcycle Federation and must hold a tourist licence provided by the Italian Motorcycle Federation. These documents can be obtained through Dream Engine.
There will be a maximum of 140 participants in the Competition Class and the grand prize for the overall winner will be a Ducati Multistrada.
