Michael Martin，1963年誕生於慕尼黑，早在十七歲時即鍾情於沙漠攝影。二十年來超過八十次在非洲沙漠中的旅程，成冊十五輯，排起來足足超過一公里。

Michael Martin specialized as a photographer and author in deserts. 1963 in Munich born, he already discovered his passion for deserts at the age of seventeen. Within two decades it undertook eighty journeys into the deserts of Africa, published for this 15 picture volumes and held over 1000 dia. lectures, among other things before the Royal Geographical Society in London. 1999 began the work on its new project “the deserts of the earth".
