Riders for Health – experts in transport for development:

Riders for Health have worked for 15 years on the problem of delivery systems for health care in Africa. We work with ministries of health, UN agencies and other NGOs. Our main resource centre is in the UK while our programme staff are all nationals of the countries in which we work.

剛和開拓基金會的長輩和朋友聊了一下英國的這個計畫。我想接下來這會是下一個十年度的工作重點之一。有不少想作點事的人早已分從不同領域突進，以善發摩托車的效益和機動之實，只是目前還沒有像樣的組織和有點空閒的人來規劃這事，所以效益多發散且無法滴聚群體經驗，以成典制。
