最近 smartmobs 的 Howard 常在 thefeature.com 上活動,因此整個討論區就活躍了起來。今日,Douglas Rushkoff 上了一篇文章名為《Social Currency》,提起一些目前持續注意「聰明暴民」趨勢的人們對於電信產業中 content providers 的觀察:

Like the lunatics responsible for the dot.com boom and bust, these entrepreneurs still don’t get it: in an interactive space, content is not king. Contact is.

在討問串中 Rushkoff 又復言:

They’re spending their money on content for entertainment, without realizing that the users are more than happy to create or *be* the content of their entertainment experiences.
