鍛鍊體力的涼爽季節展開。在評估自己的體能狀況一週後,本日開始進行季外的訓練。希望走(照)透透時所需的體能素質,可以在這一兩個月內練起來。體脂也要降到一定水準才好,否則站出來不夠好看。半年來坐的時間太久,快要忘記身體在快速活動中所能經驗的美好韻律感了。;)
越野單車、跑步(fartlek training)、徒手體操(calisthenics? ha)、偶爾下河岸遊個泳 – 循環訓練,就先這三個吧。視左膝蓋的情況再慢慢調整。
Work hard, play well, think abroad, exercise a lot, meditate often, love as much, free yourself, and let it be.
