在 textamerica 註冊了一個 taipei101.textamerica.com，純粹為實驗性質，開放所有人上傳。電子郵件是：
* taipei101.零八一五 @ tamw.com
** 請將「零八一五」代換成「0815」四個數字
** 請以台北101和它所產生的 eco-sphere(生態圈)為主。生態圈當然也包含了關聯商品或衍生服務等等
為什麼要申請這個 moblog 呢？原因很簡單，我們可以嘗試運用 moblog 以了解人們是如何從自己的眼中看這個難以忽視的台北101。既然無法側視，那就把詮釋權一點一滴的拿回來吧。Textamerica 的服務是最直接而且最簡單的 moblogging services 之一(低維護成本)。
一般而言，只要你的手機支援發送 email 夾圖檔(jpg/gif)，textamerica 上的 moblog 應該都可以呈現無誤。若有問題，請在此篇文章下回言，我們可以來研究看看在 textamerica 還沒打算付費服務之前可以怎麼運用？:)

不出一天已經有人上傳影像。:)
目前 textamerica 對於繁體中文的使用者有幾個問題，最主要的可能是編碼不支援 Big5 和 UTF-8。假以時日希望 textamerica 可以朝 unicode 的方向走去，否則每個影像的 comment 選項下，只能使用羅馬字體。
第二個是國內使用 phs 或是 sharp gx 系列拍照手機，影像多為直立肖像式，這是台灣和日本的照相手機內建值的特性。然則在 textamerica 上我們所看到的是多以 landscape 方式呈現的作品。所以另一個 textamerica 本身的問題是，在 http://www.textamerica.com/today.asp 會出現一些 funny 的壓縮效果。:)
